About Dr. Blaise Ouattara
I’m Blaise Ouattara — International consultant, trainer, and entrepreneur dedicated to transforming food safety systems through science, strategy, and inclusive innovation.
With over two decades of food safety experience spanning West Africa, North America, and global networks, I specialize in national food controls systems, risk assessment, regulatory policy, international food standards, and capacity building.
My work bridges the gap between scientific rigor and real-world impact, empowering institutions to protect public health, unlock market access, and build resilient food systems.
As co-founder of two science-driven enterprises, I’ve led groundbreaking initiatives in animal nutrition, biotechnology, and agri-food consulting. From securing Health Canada approvals to designing multilingual training programs, I bring a hands-on approach to solving complex challenges—whether in the lab, the boardroom, or the field.
Outside of consultancy and training, I’ve cultivated a passion for website design—a hobby that grew from curiosity into a practical skill. Self-taught during spare hours and late nights, I’ve built and managed several sites that blend functionality with purpose. Notable examples include LiveGood Products, a wellness-focused platform supporting network marketing, Partner.co Products, a curated marketplace for health and nutrition solutions, and Blaise Ouattara, my personal website. These projects reflect my drive to communicate clearly, build digital visibility, and empower others through accessible online tools.
My mission is simple: to elevate food safety governance through tailored solutions, strategic partnerships, and knowledge that moves. Whether I’m facilitating a risk ranking and risk assessment workshop in The Gambia, developing visual tools for gender-inclusive policy, or troubleshooting a website plugin at midnight—I’m driven by purpose, precision, and the power of collaboration.
This platform is a space to share insights, resources, and opportunities. I invite you to explore, connect, and co-create a safer, smarter food future.
